One of Prentiss’ newest businesses is the Sugar Bees Boutique located on Hwy 13 North just beyond the overpass beside the JP’s Furniture Store.

Owner Kayla Polk states she had been thinking about the venture for a while because there were just not any businesses close by to find the latest styles in women’s apparel. “Prentiss needs a good garment store and it’s good to have a place here so we don’t have to travel to find nice clothes that are in the current styles and reasonably priced.”   Apparently JDC shoppers think along those lines too because there was a steady flow of shoppers in and out with most making purchases.

The budding boutique that opened in January features women’s wear including Piko brand tunic dresses, Palazzo pants and matching tops, fleece lined leggings that would suit any hunter, male or female, as well as those decorative patterned for the trendy dresser. Infinity and regular scarves in fashion styles and colors are available as well as jewelry and handbags.

The model size owner states the new spring line is on its way and those in store are going fast so drop by, browse or buy to spruce up your wardrobe for Spring in high style.
