Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Dublin Baptist Church in Prentiss for Mary M. Runnels. Interment followed at Dublin Cemetery. Rev. Robert Dunn officiated.
She is survived by two sons, Ricky and Keith Runnels of Chattanooga, TN; her daughter, Debbie Runnels of Hattiesburg, MS; three grandchildren, Erin, Tyler and Brett Runnels; two brothers, Henry and Ernest Masson; three sisters, Joy Hawthorne, Dorothy Guillot and Minnie Bowyer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Runnels; parents, Ernest Masson, Sr. and Elizabeth Holloway; two sisters, Laura May Basco and Vernell Theriot.
