A memorial service will be held at a later date for Elizabeth Anne Smith who passed away on November 28, 2014, at Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg.

Elizabeth was born on February 15, 1944, in Jackson, Mississippi, to Floyd Porter Smith and Imogene Blount Smith. She was a teacher in the public school system for 35 years.

She is survived by her two brothers, Dr. Thomas Larry Smith of Alexandria, VA, and James Floyd Smith of Bassfield; and her sister, Mary Imogene Smith of Bassfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
