Funeral services were held Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, for Billy Ray Boleware. He passed away on February 12 at his residence in Prentiss. Interment followed at Carson Cemetery in Carson. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Rev. John Stockstill and Rev. Leslie Bridges officiated. Pallbearers were Joshua Frock, Charles J. DeVary, Mack Schaible, Chad Jones, Jordan Stamps and David McPhail.

Bill was born on November 28, 1928, in Carson, MS. He was the son of Early Boleware and Velma Whitehead.

Mr. Bill Boleware was a staff sergeant in the Air Force, serving in Korea and Vietnam. He retired from the military after 24 years of service. He was a member of River of Life Fellowship Church in Prentiss.

He is survived by three daughters, Ann DeBary of Melbourne, FL, Sandra Moss (Harry) and Susan Boleware, both of Soso, MS; one son, Alan Boleware (Julie) of Satellite, FL; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Boleware of Carson, MS; three sisters, Gladys Pellissier of Las Vegas, NV, Patty Dowe, Palm Bay, FL, and Peggy Palmer of Austin, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Janie.
