Shirley Rachel Davis Speights, age 79 of Pascagoula, passed away on April 5, 2015. A memorial service was held at 1st Baptist Church of Pascagoula on April 11. Rev. Dennis Ray Smith officiated.

Shirley was survived by her husband of 60 years, Durwood Speights of Pascagoula; her children, Harold (Ninette) Speights of Hurley and Cari Speights of Fountainhills, Arizona; her grandchildren, Dustin (Emily) Speights, Christopher Speights, and Dana Speights; sister, Katherine Hood of Dentville; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Montie and Bertha Davis; and her brothers, Montie Davis Jr, John Davis, and Harry Davis; also her grandson, Adam Speights.
