Graveside services were held Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Green Grove MB Church Cemetery for Mr. William James McInnis, 72, who died Monday, October 12, at Forrest General Hospital, Hattiesburg, MS. Rev. Jessie Holloway officiated. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Willam McInnis was born to the late Ella Mae McInnis Bramlett and Benny Coy Bramlett. He was a graduate of J. E. Johnson High School. He was a member of Rock Hill Holiness Church at an early age. After high school, he relocated to Altadena, California. He was married to Marsha Johnson and this union three children were born.

He worked for Johnson and Johnson until his retirement. After retirement, he moved back to Prentiss, MS.

He was preceded in death by one son, Jamie Lamar McInnis.

He is survived by wife, Marsha Johnson; four children, James McInnis of Gulfport, Sheila McInnis (Bennie) Woods of Azusa, CA, Angela (Jerry) Aultman of Prentiss, and Justin McInnis of Prentiss; five sisters, Fannie J. (Robert) Knight of Altadena, CA, Deloise (Ronald) Flowers of Collins, Linda (Perry) Davis, Janice (Anthony) Rankin, Barbara (Bobby) Easterling all of Prentiss; three brothers, David Bramlett, Derrick (Lasonya) Bramlett both of Prentiss, Dewayne Bramlett of Pearl; four grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
