Ms. Lacresa “Cookie” Madison, 36, died Sunday morning November 1, 2015 at her residence in the city of Natchez. Services for Ms. Madison were held on Saturday November 7, at St. Paul M. B. C. in Silver Creek, with Rev. Kevin Deason of New Direction Outreach Ministries in Natchez, officiating. Interment was in the Pearl River Valley Church Cemetery, with Laird Mortuary in charge of all arrangements.

Ms. Madison was the daughter of Charles Madison and the late Viandia B Madison of Silver Creek. At an early age, she joined the Pearl River Valley Church and remained a member until her demise. After moving to Natchez, she attended the New Direction Outreach Ministries, Inc. faithfully.

Ms. Madison’s survivors included her father Charles (Mary) Madison of Silver Creek; one son, Marcus S. White of Natchez; one daughter Kameron L. Madison of Natchez; one brother, Derrick (Alice) Madison of Southhaven; one sister, Teresa (Michael) Gines of Brookhaven; three nieces; and one nephew.
