St. Elmore and Queen Ester Sutton receiving commendation from Representative Bob Evans who is backed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the State of Mississippi. The Suttons were presented this award at the NAACP meeting Tuesday, October 15. The Suttons are eminently deserving of this award and have been tireless in their quest to help make positive changes in this community.
