Funeral Services were held Friday June 24, 2016, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Herman Clyde Sills, age 81, who passed away on June 20, 2016, at Hospice of Ridgeland. Interment followed in New Hebron Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Rev. Buck Rester and Rev. Trey Spangler officiated.  Pallbearers were: Bobby Jordan, Michael Harvey, Simmion Langston, James Evans, Colby Williams and Brad Hodges

Mr. Clyde was born June 15, 1935 in Silver Creek, MS. He was the son of L. E. Sills and Alice Cliburn Sills. He worked as a Rail Road Engineer for southern Pacific and then an electrician off shore and also a carpenter. He was a Master in the Silver Creek Lodge and a Shriner for 53 years. He was a member of Bible Church in Silver Creek.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Sanders Sills of Silver Creek, MS. His son, Keith Sills of Silver Creek. Two daughters, Kathy Stephens of New Hebbron, MS and Susan Ross of Vancleave, MS. Six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
