Unity in The Community will be hosting the second annual meet and greet on Saturday, October 15.

The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 12 noon.

Along with fellowship, free food will also be available.

All citizens of Jefferson Davis County are invited to this event.

Unity in the Community sponsors the annual Fourth of July fireworks show among other community functions.

The meet and greet will be held at the Jefferson Davis County Academic Center in Carson adjacent to the Vo-Tech.

Members of Unity in the Community seek to promote the goodness of Jeff Davis County and foster changes that can help it become a great place for all who live here.

They are willing to help others working on projects.
