Graveside services for Charles Rodney Simon were held Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016, at Stephens Family Cemetery in Silver Creek. Rev. Jessie Givens officiated. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Mr. Simon, 53, died on Dec. 12, 2016, at his residence in Pearl. Mr. Simon was born on Dec. 30, 1962, to Charles Simon and Helen Frances Stephens. He worked at Siemans for 27 years and was the Secretary of the Union.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

He is survived by his cousin Pat Sherman (Guy) of New Hebron, and a number of other cousins, two aunts: Mamie Hux and Kary Lack both of Natchez.
