Donaldson receives doctorate

Stacey Donaldson recently attended Walden University’s doctoral commencement ceremony in Orlando, Florida.

Donaldson earned a Ph.D. in Education with specialization in educational technology.

Walden University awarded scholarships to the National State Teachers of the Year. Donaldson was Mississippi’s 2009 Teacher of the Year. As part of degree requirements,

Donaldson maintained a 4.0 GPA while earning 91 quarter credits and attending four residencies during her six-year program of study.

Stacey said though she worked hard, this milestone would not be possible without God’s blessings and the support family and friends.

Stacey is married to Johnny Vedal Donaldson, and they have two daughters, Camaryn and Cailyn.

Stacey is the daughter of Mary and Allen Hall and the granddaughter of Maeola Hall of Bassfield.
