Funeral services were held Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017 at Sweetwater C.ME. Church for Mrs. Juanita Mushatt, 75, who died Friday, July 28, 2017, at Huntsville Hospital, Huntsville, Alabama.

Rev. Dr. Charles Holbrook, pastor, officiated with interment following in the Booth Cemetery in  Bassfield.  Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Juanita Mushatt was born in Jefferson Davis County to the late N. J. and Jarutha Booth.  She was a member of Sweetwater C.M.E. Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hardie Mushatt, son, Delvon Trice; grandson, Tevarus Graves; four brothers, Noah, Jimmy, Henry, Kermit and Roy Lee Booth; one sister, Bernice Bass.

She is survived by: son, Garret (Mary) Graves of Desert Hot Springs, California; three daughters, Pam (Kenneth) Harvel of Los Angeles, California, Cynthia Hood of Athens, Alabama, Tracey Petty of Decatur, Aalabama and Deleasha Trice of Signaw, Michigan; brother, Roosevelt (Mary) Booth of New Orleans, Louisiana; two sisters, Francis (Charles) Echols, Nadine (John) Thompson, many other relatives and friends.
