Bo Bagley

Funeral Services for Bo Bagley were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28, 2017, at Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Bagley passed away from this life on Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, in Collins. Rev. Charles Broome, Rev. Dr. Nathan Barber, and Rev. Jerry McRaney officiated. Interment followed in the Victory Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Hal Bullock, Jason Harvey, Doug Baker, Michael Pittman, Michael Goddard, and Greg McRaney. Randy Coulter, Randy Mauldin, members of the Sunday Afternoon Washer Pitchers and members of the Olive Branch Masonic Lodge served as Honorary Pallbearers.

Warren Dell “Bo” Bagley was born Jan. 6, 1952, in Collins to Wiley Lee Bagley Jr., and Shirley Gene Langston Bagley. Mr. Bagley was a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi. He taught History before returning to the family business of logging. Bo Bagley was the Past Master and an active member of the Olive Branch #34 Masonic Lodge. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church, where he served as youth Sunday School teacher, song leader, and a Deacon.

Bo Bagley was preceded in death by his grandson, Walker Logan Bagley.

Mr. Bagley is survived by his wife of 46 years, Nellie Rose Bagley of Collins; one son, Wayne Bagley and his wife Lisa of Poplarville; one daughter, Cynthia Eastering and her husband Mike of Collins; his father and mother, W.L. and Shirley Bagley of Collins; and five grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Layne Bagley, Landry Bagley, Taylor Smith and Lana Bagley; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017, from 5:30pm until 8:00 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church.
