The once 24-hour wifi available at the Prentiss Public Library has now been changed.

Due to loitering and items left on the library grounds after hours, library personnel felt action needed to be taken.

The library contacted Howard Industries who agreed to disconnect the wifi between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m.

During the hours wifi is available, the area will be heavily patrolled by police officers with the Town of Prentiss.
