Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, at Mt. Olive C.M.E. Church, Prentiss for Little Miss Ja’Laya  Ny’Leana Williams, 5, who died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, in Hattiesburg. Rev. James Loftin officiated with burial following in the Highland Cemetery, Hattiesburg. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Little Miss Ja’Laya was born to Tawandelin Williams in Hattiesburg. She was a student at Rawls Spring Attendance Center.

She is survived by: her mother, Tawandelin Williams; her father, Romell Keys; maternal grandparents, Paula Alfred and Craig (Diane) Odems; great maternal grandfather, James Odems, Sr.; godmother, Jasmine Holloway; mama and papa, John and Laura Holloway; special mother, Destiny Martin; and many other relatives and friends.
