Funeral Services for Mr. Lindsey Earl Hutchinson were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, in the Saulters-Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Hutchinson, 64, who died on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, in Bassfield.
Rev. Robert Sones, Rev. Ken Walters and Rev. Ken Yelverton officiated. Mr. Ronnie Blackwell provided the musical service. Interment was in the Bassfield Cemetery.
Saulters-Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Mike Burnett, Jason McCray, Joel Hoxie, Jerry Howard, Matt Waldon and Samuel Burrow.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Archie Stroud, Ivy Lee Barnes, Lindy Williams, Hollis McCray and Kevin Heron.
Lindsey Earl Hutchinson was born on Sept.10, 1953, in Collins to George Hutchinson and Alma Lee Wilson Hutchinson.
Mr. Hutchinson was the former owner of Hutchinson Logging Company and more recently was the office manager for the Miller Transportion Terminal in Collins. He was a member of Dublin Baptist Church.
Preceding Mr. Hutchinson in death were his mother and father.
Survivors are his wife of 41 years, Dianna Hutchinson of Bassfield; two daughters, Reva West (Rodney) and Jenni Broome (Brandon), all of Sumrall; one son, Chad Hutchinson (Christina) of Hattiesburg; eight grandchildren, Ember West, Abby West, Laekyn Nelson, Aden Nelson, Carson Hutchinson, Cade Broome, Grayson Broome and Maci Broome; two sisters, Elizabeth Saulters (Sonny) and Susan Courtney, all of Bassfield and one brother, David Hutchinson of Bassfield; as well as a host of other relatives, and friends.
