Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Dianne Kennedy were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at Saulters Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss. Mrs. Kennedy died on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, in Mendenhall. Burial followed in Bassfield Cemetery.

Saulters-Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

The pallbearers were Will Jones, Mike Davis, Stephen Barker, Keith Kennedy, John Kennedy and Harold Kennedy.

Elizabeth Dianne Kennedy was born Jan. 14, 1949, in Bassfield, to Herlon Clyde Manton and Pansy Macie Barr Manton. She was a graduate of U.S.M. She was a marketing specialist for the Mississippi Dept. of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. She was a member of L.L. Roberts Memorial Methodist Church in Bassfield.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father and her brother, Ted Barr Manton.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her husband, Larry Kennedy of Mendenhall and her daughter, Erin Wall (Edward) of Brandon.
