Funeral services for Mr. Reginald Darrell Booth, Sr, 36, Bassfield, MS and Monroe, LA were held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from Progress MB Church, Bassfield, MS. Interment was in the church cemetery. Pasto Marcus P. Hull officiated he services. Reeves Funeral Home, Inc. Mount Olive, MS. was in charge of the arrangements.Mr. Booth passed away in Monroe, LA on December 21, 2017.

Mr. Booth graduated from Bassfield High School, May 2000. He was employed as a Machine Operator at Warren’s , Collins, MS and later with Jefferson Davis County Board of Supervisors District III . He established R & M Express Inc. He enjoyed riding horses.
He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Booth, brother, Quincy Booth; paternal grandparents, D. T. and Ella Booth, maternal grandfather, G. W. Gibbs; aunts, Katie Gibbs, Marilyn Gibbs, Elizabeth Pope; uncles, Grady Gibbs, Georg William Gibbs, John Gibbs, and Barnabus (Bonnie) Gibbbs.
Survivors include, his mother, Lesse Hathorn, step-father, Wallace Hathorn, caring companion, Tanekia Williams; son, Reginald Darrell Booth, Jr., daughter, Taniya Danielle Booth, brother, Johnny McCloud,nephews, Jamari and Quinterius Booth, grandmother, Katie Mae Gibbs; God-mother, Annie McDonald, 3 step-sisters, one step-brother; God-brothers, Marcus McDonald, Christian and Christopher Fairley; three God-sisters, La-Toya J. Barnes, Mashekia Harper, and Brenda Johnson and a host of aunts, great-aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
