Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at Springhill M. B. Church for Miss Eloise Davis, 84, who died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. Rev. Louis Lumzy officiated with interment following in the church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Miss Eloise Davis was born to late Wilbert and Ollie Davis in Silver Creek. She received her formal education in Springhill Community School. She was a member of Springhill M. B. Church where she served on programs. She moved to Chicago Illinois where she began to fellowship with Antioch M. B. Church.

She is survived by her niece, Eleanor (Antone) Adams and Edward Davis and many other relatives and friends.
