Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at Fair Hill M. B. Church in Oma,  for Mr. Larry Donnell Maye, 46, who died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at his residence in Harvey, Louisiana.  Rev. Laster Smith officiated with interment following in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Monticello.  Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Larry Maye was born to Eunice Maye Belton and the late Willie Davis in Lawrence County.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Davis; grandparents, Tressie Maye, Moses Maye, Ira Davis; three aunts and five uncles.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Cykia Videau; mother, Eunice Belton; grandmother, Minnie Davis; stepmother, Daisy Davis; two sons, LaNarrious Maye, JaMarrius Maye; one daughter, Jasamine Butler; two stepchildren, Darrinka (Chris) Jenkins, Darrin Videau; four sisters, Barbara M. Brown, Jowanda Collins, Patricia Benson, Kimberly Davis; one brother, Fredrick Belton and many other relatives and friends.
