Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Short Chapel C.M.E. Church, Carson, for Mr. Robert Mitchelle Bohannon, 48, who died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at Ocean Springs Hospital, Ocean Springs. Rev. Dana Turner officiated with burial following in the church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robert Bohannon was born to Mrs. Hattie Mae Reese and the late Lester Bohannon in Mi- ami, Florida. He grew up in Carson and attended Bassfield High School. He was married to Lisa Adams and to this union four children were born. He worked several years in San Angelo, Texas and later moved to Ocean Springs.

He is survived by: his wife, Lisa Bohannon of Ocean Springs; four children, Janay (Christopher) Booth of Ocean Springs, Marquis Adams of San

Angelo, Texas, Shamario Adams of San Angelo, Texas and Vantaqus Adams of Bassfield; two sisters, Joyce Griffith of Jackson, and Leslie Granger of Philadelphia; five brothers, Bobby (Joyce) Reese of Prentiss, Charles (Ora J.) Reese of Homestead, Florida, Larry Reese of Miami, Florida, Anthony Reese of Carson, Timothy (Keleana) Bohannon of Jacksonville, Florida; god- sister, Sandra Adams of Gulfport; and many other relatives and friends.
