Funeral services were held Dec. 15, 2018, at Sweetwater CME Church for Mrs. Lucille Thompson McGilberry Price, 94, who died Dec. 9, 2018, at Jeff Davis Extended Care Facility in Prentiss. Rev. Aaron Heidelbery officiated with burial following in the Owen Griffith cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lucille Price was born to the late Doc and Lula Thompson in Prent- iss. She was married to the late Shelby McGilberry and to this union one child was born.

She was a member of Sweetwater CME Church where she was treasurer of the benevolent offer- ing and a stewardess. She was a member of the East- ern Star.

She is survived by: son, Charles (Elizabeth) McGilberry; three grand children, Derek McGilberry, Tasha (Mack) Felton and Kimberly McGilberry; four great-grandchildren; and special cousin, Ella Hall of Ellisville.
