Funeral services were held Jan. 26, 2019, at Mt. Zion M. B. Church for
Miss Debra “Debbie” Lott, 53, who died Jan. 21, 2019, at Jeff Davis
Community Hospital. Rev. Ozell White officiated with burial following
in the church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.
Miss Debra Lott was born to the late Osmond and Mrs. Delia Lott. She
joined Mt. Carmel M. B. Church.  She was a member of Prentiss High
School Class of 1983. Miss Lott worked at the State Veterans Home in
Collins until her health failed. She loved to play softball and dance.
She was preceded in death by: daughter, Angel Lott; brother, Vernon
Lott and sister, Joyce Fortenberry.
She is survived by: mother, Delia M. Lott; three children, Ebony Lott,
Clintasha Lott and Lashod Baylous; one grandchild, Caedence
Easterling; six sisters, Ruth Lott, Nancy Flowers, Dewayne Holloway,
Waveyon Holloway, Margie Tatum and Carolyn White; many other relatives
and friends.
