Funeral services were held Feb. 2, 2019, at North Pleasant Hill M. B.
Church in New Hebron for Mr. Rickey Earl Moore, 52, who died Jan. 26,
2019, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Rev.
Moses Johnson, pastor, officiated with burial following in the church
cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rickey E. Moore was born to Deacon Thomas Earl and the late
Marilyn Newsome. He attended New Hebron Gold Beam and was a member of
the Class of 1985. He was employed at Berry Chevrolet for 30 years.
He was married to Miss Ruthie Coleman.  Mr. Moore joined North
Pleasant Hill Church and remained a faithful member until his health
failed.
He is survived by: wife, Ruthie Coleman Moore; sons, Cortez (Zena)
Allen, Emlique Moore, step-son, Carvine Goode; daughters, Brittany
Allen, Ieshaia Moss; step-daughters, Truly Goode and TeLegha Coleman;
father, Deacon Thomas (Donna) Moore; one brother, Randy (Lakiva)
Moore; three sisters, Patricia Pullen, Evelyn Thompson and Lisa
(Sherman) Jefferson; three grandchildren; father and mother-in-law, E.
K. and Mary Coleman; five sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law;
godsister, Miranda Cato; many other relatives and friends.
