Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Robert Lynn Coleman, 62, who died Oct. 1, 2019 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg. Rev. Aaron Thompson, officiated with interment following in Christ Temple Church Cemetery in Oakvale. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robert Lynn Coleman was born to E. K. Coleman and Rosie Nell Bournes. He worked on the pipeline and was a logger. He was a member of Palestine M. B. Church.

He was preceded in death by brother, Donald Bournes, stepfather, Charles Bournes.

He is survived by his mother, Rosie Nell Bournes; father, E. K. Coleman; two sons, Rodney (Michal) Keys of Brandon; Ryan Patton of Houston, Texas; daughter, Jessica Whitsett of Panama City, Florida; eight grandchildren; seven brothers, Ezekiel Coleman, Ezell Coleman, Charles Coleman, William Coleman, Ricky Coleman, Robert C. Bournes, Donell Bournes; eight sisters, Ruthie Coleman, Brenda Coleman, Mary Coleman, Betty Coleman, Renea Bournes, Neva Holmes, Carolyn Gammage, Cidney Coleman and many other relatives and friends.
