Prentiss Christian School will hold graduation ceremonies June 11 at 8 p.m. at N. O. Tyrone Memorial Field.

It is unclear if the public will be able to attend both graduations, but up-to-date information will be provided in future publications of The Headlight.

JDCHS did hold a balloon ceremony May 15 on the football field.

Speeches were given by the valedictorian and salutatorian before a balloon was released for each graduate. The event was videoed live on Facebook.

“We wanted the seniors to know that we were thinking of them,” said JDCHS Principal Carrie Hammond-Walker.

“We didn’t want the day to go by unnoticed.”

Senior awards day at Prentiss Christian School will be held June 10 at 9 am. in the J.E. Baxter Memorial Gymnasium.
