Graveside services were held Monday, May 25, 2020 at Expose Family Cemetery in Silver Creek, for Mr. Ricky Oatis, 56, who died Monday, May 11, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.

Rev. Jerry P. Gholar officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Ricky Oatis was born to the late R. D. and Lillie Mae Oatis.  He attended school in Harrison County.

He is survived by four children, Ricky Oatis Jr.,  Darashio Oatis, Jacob Barnes and Shakura Oatis; nine sisters, Sarah Nell, Angelina, Carolyn, Debra, Mildred, Lollie, Diana, Faye and Gail; two brothers, Dennis and Dexter and many other relatives and friends.
