Graveside funeral rights for Mr. Craig Geiger were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020, in the Speights Cemetery. Mr. Geiger was 68 years of age and passed away from this life on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020, in Hattiesburg. Rev. Randy Gardner officiated.

Saulters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Richard Craig Geiger was born on Jan. 15, 1952, in Prentiss to Olin and Florence Speights Geiger. He worked as a salesman in the auto parts business and was a veteran of the U.S. Air National Guard. Mr. Geiger was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Mr. Geiger was preceded in death by his mother and father and a brother, Travis Geiger.

Survivors include a sister, Montez Scarborough of Foxworth and two brothers, Olin C. Geiger (Doris) and Glen Geiger (Janice), all of Carson; as well as a host of very close nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
