Roger Dale Weber Sr., 71, of Sumrall, passed away on Dec. 3, 2020, at his home. He was born on May 10, 1949, in Simmesport, Louisiana.  Dale was a loving man and will be missed dearly.

Dale is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, May and RC Hill; one brother, Brother Robert Dauzet; one son-in-law, Glen D. Kendrick and one grandchild, Archer Kendrick.  He is survived by his wife, Myrtia Norris Weber; children:  Roger Weber Jr., Tena Anderson, Sheila Hishmeh, Melissa Weber Wade, David Weber  and Donovan Weber; 19 grandchildren;  17 great grandchildren; two brothers, Timmy Hill & Tommy Hill and a host of nieces, nephews  and friends.

A visitation was held on Dec. 6, 2020, from 1-3 p.m. at Forrest Funeral Home. An additional visitation was held on Dec. 7, 2020, at 10 a.m. with a service that followed at 11 a.m. at Crossroads Baptist Church in Sumrall.

Interment was held at Burkett Norris Family and Friends Cemetery.
