The Prentiss Board of Aldermen is asking citizens of the Town of Prentiss to use March 27 as a day to clean-up their property as well as areas in town.

“With the month of March designated by the JDC Board of Supervisors as Clean-Up Awareness Month, we are encouraging everyone to make an effort to keep Prentiss clean,” said Prentiss Mayor Charley Dumas. “Specifically, the town’s board of aldermen has designated the last Saturday of the month as clean-up day in town.” Any volunteers who wish to participate are welcome and can contact Prentiss City Hall at 601-792-5196 for more information on ways to participate.
