There will be a parade celebrating parade celebrating elders and facilities  in Prentiss on May 13.

The parade is being sponsored by The Way There!, LLC and will begin at 4 p.m.

Participants are asked to line up by 3:30 p.m. at Williams Good Ole Days Buffet at 1265 Frontage Road in Prentiss. The parade will travel to the Jefferson Davis County Extended Care Facility.

The event is part of Older Americans Month. CDC guidelines will apply.
