Graveside services were held Saturday, Oct. 25, 2021, at South Pleasant Hill Baptist Church for Mr. Marcus Benson Jr., 70, who died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021, in Jefferson Davis County.  Rev. Robert Collins officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Marcus Benson Jr. was born to the late Marcus and Clenda Benson Sr.   He was a member of South Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mr.  Benson was a laborer who loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Joann Jefferson of Hattiesburg and many other relatives and friends.
