The annual Birthday Challenge has been planned for Nov. 12 in Prentiss.

The challenge will begin at 7 a.m. and is sponsored by the Jefferson Davis County Chamber Partnership.

Those interested can participate at the Longleaf Trace Park in Prentiss or Faler Park in Bassfield.

Participants are challenged to walk, run or ride your age in kilometers.

“We hope everyone will come out and enjoy the beauty of the Trace while participating in this free community event,” said Chellie Payne, event planner for the Chamber Partnership.
