Graveside services were held Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church for Mr. Fredrick Douglas White, 53, who passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, at Jefferson Davis Community Hospital.

Pastor Erica Kimbrough officiated. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Fredrick Douglas White was born to the late Mitchell and Francis White. Mr. White was a self-employed automatic and diesel mechanic.

He enjoyed riding horses, fishing, building car projects and teaching the love of Christ to his sons.

Mr. Fredrick Douglas White is survived by his sons, Fredrick K. White, Houston, Texas; Sedrick D. White, Brookhaven; Tedrick D. White, Prentiss; daughters, Iyanna White, Maryland; Qua’Tressa Dan-iels, Prentiss; Mica Mackey White, Hattiesburg; brothers and sisters, Penny White, Memphis, Tennessee; Michael White, Bassfield; Jennifer Cole, Dallas, Texas; Gary White, Bassfield; Erick White, Bassfield; Derrick White, Bassfield and many other relatives and friends.
