She received her Bachelor of Science in Child Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science with a concentration of Counseling Psychology from The University of West Alabama.

Holloway is a motivated and dedicated young educator who exemplifies leadership skills to one of the highest degrees; too much she owes to the educators in her younger life.

Her students engage in socially relevant lessons, and she surrounds them in real life circumstances that relate to them, their family, and community.

She uses social-emotional learning to support her students’ learning journeys. Holloway is passionate about advocating for her students and her colleagues. She works to bring a sense of community and laughter to her district each day. Holloway’s favorite success as a teacher is taking something many consider “uninteresting” and making it applicable and engaging for students. She  is completing her sixth year at G.W Carver Elementary School.
