A major water leak has been discovered on Mt. Carmel Avenue in Prentiss which has significantly lowered tank levels. The leak has been isolated. “If you have experienced low water pressure elsewhere in town, it should be restored soon,” said Prentiss Mayor Charley Dumas. “If your household lost all pressure, we are advising a precautionary boil water notice until further notice.”
