Project H.O.P.E. Community Services is hosting a Back-to-School Family Fun Day in Prentiss. The event will be held Aug. 5 from 9 a.m. until noon at Raisola Park. The park is located at the House of Refuge at 13 B & P Swab Lane on Highway 13 north.

There will be a free gift for all teachers that attend and a school supply giveaway grades K-12. Outdoor games, free health screenings, $1.00 haircuts, arts and crafts, water slide, $1.00 snowballs, 25 cent hamburgers and hot dogs, door prizes and vendors will also be available. After the event, beginning at noon, the park will remain open for families to play on the water slide, basketball court, playground and fellowship.
