Allen Ray Dyess was selected as Job Specialist of the Year at the Jobs for American Graduates National Training Conference last month in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dyess was one of only two specialists selected from the state of Mississippi recognizing his dedication and commitment to the students served at Jefferson Davis County High School.

The JMG program helps students at Jefferson Davis County High School who may not want to go to college or may not have adequate employability skills, the ability to set reasonable goals and acquire skills needed for a productive future.

 President Ken Smith and CEO Janelle Duray of Jobs for American Graduates presented the award.
