JDC officers honored on National Law Enforcement Day

Five County Child Development Program held a Salute to Law Enforcement day on Jan. 9 as part of National Law Enforcement Day.
The J.E. Johnson Center in Prentiss welcomed Sheriff Ron Strickland and Chief Deputy Frank Riley of the Jefferson Davis County Sheriff’s Department
Strickland and Riley were invited to greet the children as they arrived to start their day and make photos with the classes.
The officers commitment and service do not go unnoticed, although it often goes unsaid.
