Graveside services were held Friday, April 26, 2024, at Rose Hill Baptist Church, in Silver Creek, for Mr. Kendale James Hunter, 31, of Silver Creek. 

Minister Linda Faye Loftin officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Kendale Hunter is the son of the late Melvin Harris and Mrs. Tysha Hunter.

He was a member of South Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. 

He is survived by his sons, August Pearson of Oma; Alden Hunter of Laurel; daugthers, Anna Hunter of Laurel; and Laurelle Jones of Louisiana; brothers, Dantrelle Hunter of Silver Creek; sisters, Linda Washington of Tunica; Leneka Harris and Bessie Harris both of Texas; Wilma Harris and Latricia Harris both of California.
