School supplies donated to JDC elementary schools

Post 218 American Legion Commander Timothy Craft and Second Vice-Commander Linda Clark delivered school supplies recently to Jefferson Davis County Schools.
Supplies were presented to Assistant Principal Dr. Karey Alegria at J.E. Johnson Elementary School in Prentiss and G. W. Carver Elementary School Lead Teacher Nita Shoemake in Bassfield.
Post 218 American Legion had received donations for the students from co-workers and friends.
Supplies were also donated to the elementary schools in Mount Olive, Collins Hopewell, Seminary and Magee.
