As the end of the regular season came, the Bulldogs were preparing for a victorious night. Prentiss hosted McLaurin. The boys were on a two game losing streak, and the girls were coming off of a blowout to Florence. Both girls and boys were looking to go into the district tournament with momentum.

There are six senior Lady Bulldogs: Watisha Newsome, Diane Walker, Alexus Daniels, Simon Oaties, Kemia Hall and Tamara Adams. Five of these seniors would get to start the game. The game would start off close and low scoring. At halftime, McLaurin was only down by 5. The Lady Bulldogs would dominate in the second half. The game would 56-40 in favor Prentiss.

The four senior Bulldogs are Trevon Ratliff, Phillip Lucas, Nicholas Barnes, and Cameron Carter. The game would start smoothly even though we didn’t have the regular starting lineup. Prentiss was leading 34-17 at the half. James Hawthorne was the big reason the Bulldogs were up so much with 16 points in the first half. The second half wouldn’t be any closer and the Bulldogs would win 71-51.
