Holley Cochran / The Prentiss Fire Chief Howard Kelly has been re-elected Vice-President of the Southwest District of the Mississippi Fire Chiefs Association. Kelly was elected this past weekend at the 78th Annual Fire Chiefs and Firefighters convention held in Tupelo, Mississippi. The Southwest District includes: Adams, Amite, Claiborne, Copiah, Franklin, Jefferson Davis, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion, Pike, Simpson, Walthall, and Wilkinson Counties. Headlight—
