On Tuesday, Jan. 10, all four Saints tea hosted Newton County Academy from Decatur.
In Junior Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 28 to 9. Scorers for the game were: Alexis Tran with nine points, Sarah Magee with five points, Laurel Stewart with four points, Jana Johnson and Kaelin Berry each with three points, Bella Clark and Ali Long each with two points.
In Junior Varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 13 to 31. Scorers for the game were: Jaden Speights with nine points, Byron Anderson with two points, Damion Gooden and Demorian Thompson each with one point.
In Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 62 to 60. Scorers for the game were: Hanna Lee with 30 points, Sarah Magee with 10 points, Janie Parish and Raye Johnson each with six points, Hollis Cochran with four points, Alexis Tran, Culley Cochran and Maidyn Rush each with two points.
In Varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 30 to 46. Scorers for the game were: Josh Daley and Jeremiah Sumrall each with nine points, John Lee with six points, Wade Watkins with four points and Jack Chavis with two points.
On Thursday, Jan. 12, all four Saints’ teams hosted Sylva Bay Academy from Bay Springs.
In Junior Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 30 to 17. Scorers for the game were: Maidyn Rush with seven points, Alexis Tran with six points, Sarah Magee and Laurel Stewart each with four points, Ali Long with three points, Culley Cochran, Jana Johnson and Bella Clark each with two points.
In Junior Varsity Saints action, the final score was 15 to 42. Scorers for the game were: Damion Gooden each with 10 points, Jaden Speights and Demorian Thompson each with two points, Brantley Breeland with one point.
In Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 50 to 43. Scorers for the game were: Hanna Lee with 12 points, Sarah Magee with 10 points, Alexis Tran with nine points, Hollis Cochran with five points, Aspyn Rousse and Culley Cochran each with four points, Raye Johnson and Janie Parish each with three points.
In Varsity Saints’ action the final score was 26 to 57. Scorers for the game were: Josh Daley with 11 points, Jeremiah Sumrall with 10 points, Jack Chavis with five points.
On Friday, Jan. 13, all four Saints’ teams played host to Wayne Academy from Waynesboro.
In Junior Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 23 to 29. Scorers for the game were: Maidyn Rush with 10 points, Alexis Tran with six points, Laurel Stewart with four points, Culley Cochran with two points and Jana Johnson with one point.
In Junior Varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 11 to 31. Scorer for the game was Damion Gooden with 11 points.
In Varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 38 to 37. Scorers for the game were: Hanna Lee with 17 points, Taylor Smith with six points, Raye Johnson with five points, Alexis Tran with three points, Hollis Cochran, Janie Parish and Sarah Magee each with two points, Aspyn Rousse with one point.
In Varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 58 to 66. Scorers for the game were: Josh Daley with 25 points, Jeremiah Sumrall with 13 points, Jack Chavis with 10 points, Wade Watkins with six points and Micah Bullock with four points.
The Saints will travel to Purvis to play Lamar Christian on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 4 p.m., and to Decatur to play Newton Academy on Thursday, Jan. 19, at 4 p.m.
